Buyer Beware! I recently purchased a CPO Audi from this dealer that needed to be serviced and was missing parts. Upon driving the vehicle home a warning came I recently purchased a CPO Audi from this dealer that needed to be serviced and was missing parts. Upon driving the vehicle home a warning came on that the vehicle needed a service that the salesman, Chris Meiggs, had assured me had been completed. Afterwards I decided to go through the CPO documentation myself and thats when I discovered the missing parts. Over the next week I had to fight with Chris Meiggs in order to get the service done and the parts replaced. I eventually ended up contacting Audi USA and filing a formal complaint against the dealer. Only after this was the service completed and parts replaced. I was never directed to a manger, nor did I get a response from one until after the service was complete. I ended up having to make three separate trips to the dealer to get the work complete. Needless to say Chris Meiggs and this dealer will say or do anything to sell you a car. The follow-up for their errors was terrible and they were reluctant to fix anything. I would HIGHLY advise staying away from this Audi dealer. I'm only giving them one star because the workers in the service department were always courteous. More
