I scheduled an appointment for routine service and the work was done professionally while I waited. Chris did a super job and the mechanic also explained what was done. On February 13 I was rushing to get to a 5:30 pm meeting in Philadelphia. When I started my car it was running rough. At 4 pm I called the dealer in a panic; Cheryl took my call and immediately offered to in Philadelphia. When I started my car it was running rough. At 4 pm I called the dealer in a panic; Cheryl took my call and immediately offered to have the service department fit me in in case there was any danger of my driving the car. When I arrived at the Service Department, everyone seemed aware of my problem; the service manager took my keys in between helpoing several other customers. Chris, one of the service technicians, who was also busy filling out paper work, asked me if I was being helped. When I started to describe my car problem, who said, "Oh right, you are the one that called. As we begain talking it became clear that I may not have captured all the issues so he took me out to talk to Joey, the technician who was working on my car to make sure he understood all the points I was trying to cover. That turned out to be very important. And I was so impressed taht the whole service department knew about my car problems. I just loved how well the department was running, how helpful they were to me and to observe how well they worked a a team. They cheerfully fit me in at the end of a busy day when. Not only was I an unscheduled customer at a time when most of the customers were coming in to pick up their cars and discuss in detail the repair work, I felt like I was the most important customer there. While I was waiting I realized they were treating every customer just like they were treating me! I found that quite incredible and worth taking the time to make sure this Dearler's service department was recognized for great service. And what was amazing, is that there was a very stressed out customer who was really behaving unpleasanlty. Neither Chris nor Joe F. or Cheryl missed a beat in manitaining a friendly, hefulful manner in dealing with all of us, difficult customer included. My family has been a customer with Winner for over 15 years and have bought several cars. We chose them initially because of the car and the convenince of the location of the service department. In these tough economic times, unbeknowst to Winner, I was toying with the idea of changing to an independent mechanic with the assumption that I would save money. That idea evaporated when I realized how important it is for me to have great customer service, excellent technicians and dto feel safe knowing there are still "old fashion" car mechanics who truly value their customers and go out of their way to make sure their car problems are solved. It was a great experience. Imagine the world if every single one of us worked that way! As it turned out, my car needed a number of repairs and was scehduled for service the following week. Now fast forward to a week ago when I stopped by to pick up the car. When I got there, the Sevice Manager, Joe, and a Service representative, Dina, greated me looking devasted -- they said my car did not run properly when they were driving it to the front of the lot in preparation for my picking up. So, they did additionaly checking and determined that the car needed a new timing chain and they were going to replace it for free and provide me with a loaner while the work was completed. Because my car had been well cared for (wiht the service I received through the same dealership) and had low milage they were not comfortable charging me. I had just spent almost $2,000 on a variety of work that needed to be done on my 7 year old car. This newest problem was likely to be at least what I had already spent or more. Not only was that the right decision on the part of Winner Audi, and a generous one, I never had to ask for any financial relief. I. They came to that conclusion before I even had a chance to question the situation. It is important to note that I would not have necessarily known to seek that as a solution as my first reponse. The great news is that I did not need to know that,they came to that conclusion on their own. Again, I was so thrilled to be working with a service department that was honest and stood proudly behind their work. I am so happy to feel secure in knowing that this Service department is honest and reliable and also provides great customer service. More
Dealing with Service at Wilmington Audi is always a pleasure. Joe the service manage is great and very helpful, and courteous. I have just moved to the area a few months ago, and always depended on VW and Audi dealerships to do my standard maintenance on my A4. I work near Smith VW so I had them to my oil change in November. They were a little more expensive than my VW dealership back home, and I found the staff cold, not bad, just unpersonable, but they did the work in a reasonable time. This time I tried Audi of Wilmington, and it was like night and day. The building was comfortable and inviting, the staff was much more friendly than Smith, and the young man who did my oil change, Joey, found a coolant leak and some dangerous suspension wear that Smith VW completely missed! Joey even showed me on the car what was wrong and was upfront about what needed to me fixed and when. Alissa was quick about pricing me up and even arranged for a shuttle to take me home. I feel they went the extra mile to make sure my car was right and I as a customer, was well-cared for. That what I expect when I come to a dealership. If I just wanted a quick oil change I'd go to jiffy-lube. These guys are doing it right! More

My service rep Chris made me feel like I was the only and most important client of his day. In thirty five years of caring for my cars I have never had a better experience at a dearlership. Since I had purchased my A6 used from a private party, I did not expect to get the level of service I received at Wilmington Audi. They treated me as though I was a life long customer of theirs. Not only was Chris great, but while waiting for my car, the service director Joe, spoke with me and found out I was not really familiar with all the features of the car and took the time to go through the car with me as if I had just purchased it from him. Thanks to Chris and Joe, I will be a lifetime customer and look forward to getting my next Audi from them. More

We consider Wilmington Audi to be in a class of its own, and could not imagine better treatment than we have gotten there. In our opinion, doing business at Wilmington Audi is as close to ideal as it gets. It is our sincere belief that in Heaven, all cars are Audis, and they are all serviced by Wilmington Audi. More

After talking with the sales rep that contacted me about a car that I was intrested in she assured me that the car would be there for me to look at on a certain day. I drove to the dealership with the intentions of purchasing the car that day only to find out that the sales rep to who called and emailed me several hours before my arrival did not inform me that the car I was intrested in was sold the night before. If this is the tactic that this audi dealer uses to bait in potential buyers, I opt to go to the lexus dealer down the street and give them my buisness. I wasted time and money going to a dealership only to be on a wild goose chase because of a incompetent sales rep! More
