I rarely review anything anymore. Takes too much time, doesn't really do anything except suck up said time, and I'm too old for this. But every now and again you have such an outstanding experience that it's only right -- especially in an era where there is so much to complain about -- to highlight people or companies responsible for those exceptional experiences. And thus I'm delighted to commend Jim, Anthony, Felicia, Joe F, and Amanda of Winner Audi in Wilmington, Delaware. I have bought or leased more than a dozen vehicles, and my experience at Winner was one of the best of them all. I could write paragraphs about this, but the bottom line is that I purchased a great car for a fair price from straightforward, nice people. I felt all of us wanted to get to "yes," all of us were respectful of each others' time and knowledge, and the transaction could not have been smoother or faster. It was clear that they truly wanted me to be happy and enjoy not only the car, but the experience of buying it - in this, they exceeded my expectations. Even as I'm reading over my words, I feel compelled to also write that I am no shill for the dealer - this is just my honest opinion as a first-time customer there. Bravo, guys (non-gender-specific term of endearment). I'm happy to give them my highest recommendation. More

In every case, I have been treated fairly and professionally but, even more, I have been treated as a valued customer and someone whose future business is worth maintaining. My most recent service experience is a case in point. I was offered the opportunity to have my scheduled service for my A7 done promptly and at my convenience. I was told that, if I chose to wait, it could be completed in an hour and one half. It was done on schedule and I was on my way. This may seem unimportant, but Audi Wilmington valued my time and my business. This means a lot. More
I was interested in the Audi 4 series, the BMW and Mercedes for almost a year. An ad for financing on my primary Banks website prompted me to start to look at cars more seriously. I received numerous calls from several dealerships; also I was looking at some of Audi’s competition, mainly BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, and Cadillac. All of the calls I received were from out of state dealerships. When possible I like to spend money locally, so I looked to see if there was any local dealerships, and I found several . I drove up unannounced and walked into the Wilmington Audi dealership on a busy Saturday and was greeted by Mike Reeger. I had a ton of questions, he had answers. Drove two cars that day, but was more interested in the S4 over the A4. Mike stuck to my agenda not his. The next weekend Mike let me take the S4 home for the weekend to see if it would meet my needs, no pressure to take the more popular and less expensive A4. Had an issue with the car late Friday night, nothing to do with the car purely an operator issue, Mike answered my phone call and even offered to have Audi Assist come out and help me, but we figured it out. Brought my test drive car back, and bought an S4 from Mike. No pressure to buy the car on the lot, Mike offered to order me one to meet my needs, but ended up finding an S4 in transit that is quite honestly perfect. For all the BMW, Mercedes people out there, I understand what you have but if you want to drive a better car for a better price with better sales service, I urge you to go talk to Mike at Wilmington Audi. Even after the sale Mike has been there to answer my stupid technical questions. I love the Audi Brand, love the dealership, but more importantly love the way Mike treated me and my family. BMW, Mercedes guys need to step up, but I am pretty sure they can’t touch the Audi. This website asks why I give the above ratings, it is simple great customer service, great product, and great delivery. I have dealt with tons of car guys through my years, and I have never written anything about them, but I felt compelled to write Brian Pritchard, the Sales Manager of Wilmington Audi, a letter to let him know of the experience I had with Mike and his dealership. When we have to buy another car, I will go see Mike, and you should too. Great Experience. More
Excellent service from the 1st phone call to set up my appointment til the day I picked up my vehicle. I was given a loaner vehicle (absolutely beautiful by the way) until my the work on my car was compl appointment til the day I picked up my vehicle. I was told to come in for an appointment on a sunday. I called before going to confirm if "Brian" was available. The dealership is over an hour away from my house. I had my checkbook in hand and was ready to negotiate and finalize a deal but was told that the sales manager was busy doing inventory for the next few hours. He was in his office which was clearly visible and didn't even have the courtesy to introduce himself and explain as to why he couldn't meet me. I was told that they would get back to me and if I could come back the following Tuesday as Monday was a holiday. Though they had me at the dealership, I have never seen this type of unprofessionalism by a sales manager. As a result of my experience, I have decided to buy another BMW. I would expect better professionalism even at a Dodge or Ford dealership which is where this sales manager probably belongs. More

It has been extremely well serviced by them ever since. The dealership is clean and comfortable; the people are warm and friendly, and the service technicians are excellent. They know my name and car and I feel as though I’m stopping by for a visit with friends. Whenever I have an immediate problem or need, they are always willing to squeeze me in. My car was running rough and the check engine light came on. It was a problem with the timing chain and I needed to get to work. I was going on a 3-day trip and rather than have a loaner parked at the airport for 3 days they drove me to Philly airport and said to call to be picked up when I got back. Well, I got back in the middle of the blizzard in Dec of 2010. No, problem-I had to wait a while, but I was picked up and driven back to the dealership-no excuses-no problem (at least for me). Once there I was given a loaner to use until my car was finished. The timing chain was repaired and I have had no further issues with it or for that matter, any of the work they performed. These folks seem as interested in keeping my car at optimun performance and reliability as I am. Until now I have never found a dealer I ever wanted to see again after my warrantee was up. I guess if you live long enough, anything is possible. This dealership is truly a WINNER. More
I recently purchased a CPO 2009 A8 L. I worked with Brian Ferrell and Ryan Moore on the purchase of my vehicle. He matched what another dealer in the market was willing to give me for my vehicle. In regards to the A8, he worked with me on a price that I felt very comfortable with. I had an amount that I wanted to finance and he was able to meet my goal. When it came time for delivery of the car, he had all of the documents prepared and I the delivery was completed in under an hour. Ryan, Sales Associates, worked with me on the specifics of the vehicle. He took me out for the test drive and explained all of the features and benefit of the Audi A8. At time of delivery, Ryan worked with me on how the various systems worked within the vehicle from climate control, setting the phone, setting the memory seats and the audio system which absolutely rocks. Thanks gentlemen for making my buying experience at Audi of Wilmington DE a pleasurable experience. More
