Pothole problems I hit a pothole on Wednesday night , destroy my front right tire. I called the dealership first thing on Thursday morning. Got a hold of Frank from parts he told me he had the right tire in stock and told me to come in and the would get the work done. Arrived and was greeted by Jeremy, gave me the details on cost and how long it would take and we were in business. I worked with Steve back in 2013 with our first Q5 lease, and I cannot imagine working with anyone else. He is incredibly knowledgable, helpful, honest and I trust him. The lease was very smooth, and Steve had everything arranged and ready to go - a very stress-free and pleasant experience. My parents have also recently worked with Steve and will be returning to him again to lease a new A4 later this year (they've bought/leased 5 or 6 Audis at Winner over the last few decades). As a family we wouldn't work with anyone else. Tommy was also very helpful and worked closely with Steve so that together they could find the lease pricing and terms that worked best for me. More
