Lucus was amazing and took us through the whole Walser complex helping us and guiding us with Audi, as well as Lexus and BMW. He listened to my wishlist and budget and then made recommendations from there, without trying to oversell me, or get me to extend my budget. Lucus was so attention to our questions and concerns. He made sure to address any potential worries we had and made the whole process so easy for us. Lucus was honest, and upfront from the beginning and made sure we understood the process and managed our expectations. I can't recommend him more highly. The whole Audi team was great. Every person we encountered wanted to meet us and offered us help and beverages. Although it was an extremely busy Saturday for them, the team was so attention making us feel like we were the only customers there. With no intention to pull the trigger going into the day, we ended up leaving with 2 cars and feeling great about our purchases. We had a great experience and will surely return to Lucus at Audi Wichita for future car buying. More

This deal was done and agreed to from both sides before I left KC, and nothing had changed upon my arrival to pick up the car. Everyone I dealt with was a complete pro even in handling with my OCD tendencies, but I primarily worked with Adam Faris who was outstanding. These guys are legit, do what they say they will do, and seem completely happy to do it. I would have no issue spending my money with these folks again. More

I wasn’t 100% sold on Audi before I walked in, but by the time I left I had ordered a custom Audi RS3. While Lucas is a phenomenal sales person, there was one thing that sold me on purchasing an Audi: Lucas’ genuine knowledge of the vehicles available...ALL vehicles in the category I was looking at, including other luxury brands. Very simple to understand pros/cons and zero pushiness. This approach was refreshing and Lucas attentively listened to my wish list items and helped me narrow down the potential choices. When I asked questions such as why should I or shouldn’t I consider this model, he was able to point out very specific reasons to choose or not choose that model. All in all a fantastic experience and likely not my last Audi! More
