First time Audi buyer and thrilled with the experience! A colleague recommended Walser Audi and specifically referred me to Lucas Eggleston to work with in choosing a new vehicle. I wasn’t 100% sold on Audi before I walked in, but by the time I left I had ordered a custom Audi RS3. While Lucas is a phenomenal sales person, there was one thing that sold me on purchasing an Audi: Lucas’ genuine knowledge of the vehicles available...ALL vehicles in the category I was looking at, including other luxury brands. Very simple to understand pros/cons and zero pushiness. This approach was refreshing and Lucas attentively listened to my wish list items and helped me narrow down the potential choices. When I asked questions such as why should I or shouldn’t I consider this model, he was able to point out very specific reasons to choose or not choose that model. All in all a fantastic experience and likely not my last Audi! More
