I bought a used Audi eTron GT from different dealer and was having issues with MMI logins. I spent lot of time on the phone with Audi connect support but no one was able to diagnose the problem till I brou was having issues with MMI logins. I spent lot of time on the phone with Audi connect support but no one was able to diagnose the problem till I brought the car to Audi Westmont. From the start Kristian from service department was very understanding and willing to help wherever he can to resolved the problem. He even submitted a ticket with back office in Germany and kept me up to date of the process. David from sales also took time out of his busy schedule to help me register the car on Audi connect. Overall very good customer service experience with Audi Westmont. Highly recommend Kristian and David for future needs. More

Once off the tow truck, I knew our A7 was in good hands with Joseph Cox, our favorite Service Consultant. He got the car into the Service Department quickly and calmed my nerves. The issue turned out to with Joseph Cox, our favorite Service Consultant. He got the car into the Service Department quickly and calmed my nerves. The issue turned out to be a pebble stuck between the break backing plate and the rotor. It sounded much worse and, fortunately, was easily rectified. Once there, they flushed the cooling system and replaced the brake fluid. Of course, the no-charge multi-point inspection was performed. The service on the car was accomplished the same day. Great job!! More
