Where do I even start here? I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light on. From there things went down, although the intake side of things went fine. I was told I needed an entirely new engine at a check engine light on. From there things went down, although the intake side of things went fine. I was told I needed an entirely new engine at the tune of $22K. I told them I knew this was a manufacturing design flaw and that there was a class action lawsuit related to this. They would not give me the number of someone at Audi USA to speak to directly just that they would talk to them for me. I don't feel like they had my interest in mind and were just saying this is what Audi said. It was all about how much money they could make from me. Needless to say be careful as i ended up paying $1,200 to tell me I needed a new engine and it was literally no better than when I took it in for the check engine light. More
The service department team is fantastic. I appreciate their professionalism, knowledge and courteousness. They've always delivered on time, and provided a loaner vehicle whenever requested. their professionalism, knowledge and courteousness. I asked my wife what car she liked and she picked out a Q7. I never had an Audi but one of our friends lived their Q7 so we went looking. I found a 2018 with 66k mikes on it in our price range at Westmont Q7. I never had an Audi but one of our friends lived their Q7 so we went looking. I found a 2018 with 66k mikes on it in our price range at Westmont Audi. We took it for a text drive and immediately the brakes sounded like they were grinding. Once we were assured that the dealership would look at and fix the brakes we finalized the deal. The car buying experience was good. The next day they picked up the car as promised and we were told the brakes just needed to be cleaned and they had 7mm on the pad. We took the car in at 74k for service and was told we need front brakes because they were down to 4mm. Now I am not a rocket scientist but pads were driven 66k miles and used 3mm of pad, I drove another 8k and used 3mm of pad. I was upset, I also had a child lock malfunction warning Light come on and was told that I need to pay for a update on the software? I feel the dealership should pay for the new pads and update the software. I paid for the extended warranty. Love the car not the dealership. More
The dealership was well run and efficient. Some of the service / maintenance issues brought up by the initial tech analysis pushed the limits of what the car actually required. service / maintenance issues brought up by the initial tech analysis pushed the limits of what the car actually required.
