I went in for a routine 20,000 mile service. When I went to pick up my car. Found a huge scrape on my door. Pointed it out to the service person. I am waiting for them to rectify it. Manger is going to call me etc etc. These things do happen. I am upset at the fact that they did not take ownership and offer to identify and offer to correct it on their own. If I had missed it and driven it home I am sure they would have been even less cooperative. More
