I had a very positive experience with Audi at Westmont. Unfortunately, I ran over a nail on Saturday morning and needed service right away. I was able to quickly and easily schedule an appointment. I came in as I needed a tail light bulb replaced. There also seemed to be a sensor error causing the brake lights to not come on. I told the representative working with me that I needed to pick up my kids from school and was on a time limit. I asked if 2.5 hours was going to be enough time and I would be waiting there during the repairs. They spoke with the mechanic team and assured me that the team knew I had to get my kids and told me 2.5 hours was enough. I asked to be made aware of any changes as I was on a time schedule. After 2.5 hours I was told that they had just finished going through a thorough evaluation and had an appraisal for my repairs! I was shown a well edited video walking me through all the optional repairs and regular maintenance work they recommended I receive. The long list of items came to over $18,000. More than the car is even worth right now. I now was late to get my children and then told that it would definitely take more time to repair. I opted for the $145 bulb replacement and $500 sensor work and not the $18,000 they were digging for. This dealership works on a upsell model that forces their customer service and mechanic team to recommend more work than you need. They pushed me hard on "safety" and tried to make me feel guilty for not choosing thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Their team is ranked by customer satisfaction and they will call, text, email and hound you to get a 5 star rating. The repair work was great. The upselling aggressive behavior was not. I would not recommend them. More
