Michael Glusak was training Hasan Hasan. Everything went perfectly. The tech , Brock Mondia made a great video explaining what he accomplished and what he recommended we keep an eye on. Michael reminded me that since we have an extended warranty, recommended repairs would be covered under it. Everyone was pleasant and I was on my way home in my freshly washed car sooner than expected. More

I was charged $430 for a basic oil change, tire rotation and lubricant. These were basic charges on my 2023 Q7 vehicle that had 6k miles on it. I was also recommended to align the wheels for an additional c and lubricant. These were basic charges on my 2023 Q7 vehicle that had 6k miles on it. I was also recommended to align the wheels for an additional charge. At 10k miles, they estimated another $1,700 of services that were needed, including things like changing my key fob battery and rear windshield wiper blade. I’m happy to pay what is needed for a high-end vehicle, but their recommendations and prices were absolute egregious. I won’t be back. I called my regular auto mechanic during this oil change and will go there for any further work. Avoid at all costs…unless you like overpaying. Wow. More
I used the Audiwestmont. com to schedule a oil and filter change. I did this because my A6 told me it was due. The Audi Westmont site is an OK site with a very difficult if com to schedule a oil and filter change. I did this because my A6 told me it was due. The Audi Westmont site is an OK site with a very difficult if not impossible userid registration process. I carefully created a password that met its requirements. When I went to use it again it wouldn't work. In the end I was able to setup my appointment for just an oil and filter service. The actual price of the service ended up costing $10.19 more than advertised. When I asked the service advisor to explain the difference, she said it was due to the environmental (EPA) disposal charges. I do not believe that is why but I didn't want to make a big deal about it. I am puzzled that the price listed for an oil and filter service on an A6 Allroad vehicle was no longer correct two days later. More

They charged me $800 to tell me I needed a new engine, which the service agent hinted about before diagnosis. After reviewing my service ticket I owed $891 after getting a $100 Discount. After my calculation I owed $691, which was for spark plugs. The manger ended up coming out and stated the agent made a mistake in the paper work, Is the $691 ok??????? BE AWARE! THIS IS A NEGOTIATION AS WELL! More
