Jennifer Rodriguez, Braman /Audi of WPB was an absolute doll. She explained about my 2 recalls and everything in reference to a new Audi Care package, so I could understand its charges and procedures. Sh doll. She told me my annual service would be longer then normal and offered a loaner, but I chose to wait. As usual, I headed for the coffee machine, which unfortunately was out of order, but she kindly got me a cup from Starbucks, what a nice jester.
