I have had the same issue over and over and instead of trying to help I felt disrespected and I am still having the same issues with my vehicle. I plan to bring it to a different dealership to have my vehicle fixed properly. The sad part is my lease is up in six month and tho I will lease another Audi it will not be on Okeechobee . I believe in servicing my car where it was purchased and I have no faith in the service department. More

Pat was knowledgeable and communicated well. Jeff Galla runs a good service department. They do quality work and always take good care of their customers' needs. Labor at $185/hr is too high though and I would recommend sticking to necessities or warranty work only. More

He quickly put together a trade that made sense, took care of all administrative and transfer issues, and was readily available for all follow-up questions regarding the new vehicle (both before and after purchase). Ken was very professional and did alot of research and made it a point to the the car in top dog shape. In addition, he reported all the repairs to sales, that in turn went to corporate and all the work was guaranteed by Audi. Being the Customer Service manager for Tiffany & Co. in Boca Raton, I encounter the same situations as Mr. Ken Dunlap does. Both being upscale retailers, our customers come to us they are usually annoye in Boca Raton, I encounter the same situations as Mr. Ken Dunlap does. Both being upscale retailers, our customers come to us they are usually annoyed that what they bought from us isn't working properly, and have high expectations. Unfortunately I had such an experience last Monday when my 2008 Audi A4 suddenly had a mind of its own. The vehicle was knocking and I was met with resistance when the gas pedal was pressed even slightly. It was roughly 6pm and I was on 95. After some expletive words to myself I called your Service Department and was asked to bring it right in. Luckily i was 15 minutes away. Ken was very cordial with me and within 5 minutes I was given a loaner car and told that he would let me know what the issue was. Within the next 2 days I received his call stating that the transmission had to be replaced, surprise to me, but I would not be charged for any aspect of the servicing. Thinking it would be at least a week for the work to be done, he called me that Thursday to say my car was completed. People are so quick to complain about their experiences in any retail format, so I just wanted to send you a quick note about how efficient Mr. Dunlap was. It is my thought that people come to your store because of your product, but come back because of the service they received. My expectations were surpassed. I love my A4, and know that if I have any future servicing needs, I will return to see Ken, as well as Braman for my next Audi. Q3, anyone? ;-) More
