Had to be towed, was not given any help or a loaner. I took my Q5 in for service 12/18/2015. I was given a loaner and had service all over me but 2 weeks later when the car would not start I had to be t I took my Q5 in for service 12/18/2015. I was given a loaner and had service all over me but 2 weeks later when the car would not start I had to be towed to the dealer. Waited more than an hour for the roadside assistance. Arrived at the service area and waited 30 min. I was told it would take 2 days to reprogram the keys. I asked for a loaner as they offered before. They said since moved to new location rules had changed and no loaner would be given. Funny thing is, when I took it for service only 2 weeks earlier, It was at the new location under the new management. After this experience I would not recommend anyone to use this dealer location. No service = Terrible service!!!! I guess I can thank Chelsea McGee, Joe Coscareli, and Jeff Galla for the new outlook on this place. More

Concierge awesomeness!!! Chris does a great job of making me feel like I'm at an amazing resort not a car dealership.
