Scheduled service. Just the way it is supposed to go. Had an appointment. Greeted in service area as I turned off the engine. Sat with my service advisor, OK'd, work. No "pitch" to sell me add on service items. Good coffee in lounge. Loved looking at new cars in the showroom and talking with my salesman who sold me the car 3 years ago. More

Terrible Customer Service and Rude Employees I have been EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this Audi dealership and their customer service. If I could give 0 stars for this dealership, I would. I pre I have been EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this Audi dealership and their customer service. If I could give 0 stars for this dealership, I would. I previously leased a BMW M4 from the Braman BMW in West Palm and have nothing but EXCELLENT reviews for that dealership. Their sales people and service department were extremely helpful and top notch. With my next car, I wanted to try Audi so I went to this dealership expecting the same level of service as BMW since they are owned by the same brand; however, it is night and day different. The sales people try to rip you off and they barely negotiate. They ended up losing mine and my friend's business because of their shady sales people. We both went to different Audi dealerships and leased a brand new S5 and S3 for $4 - $5k less than Audi WPB's "best offer." In addition to shady sales people, the service department here is AWFUL. I used to go to the BMW dealership once per week to get my car washed and they were extremely pleasant and nice every time. They greeted me by name and took my car in to get washed immediately. At Audi, I have been turned away from car washes at least 10 out of a total of 15 times I have gone in. The service manager often says they are too busy. If they do not use that excuse, they say that they stop doing car washes at a certain time which is way before the service center is set to close at 6:30. I have arrived at 5:45, and been told they stop doing car washes at 5:30 so they cannot wash my car. Another time I arrived at 5:15 and the same lady told me they stopped doing car washes at 5:00. The time keeps changing and I am beyond fed up with this dealership. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. For the amount of money people spend on their overpriced automobiles, you would expect the customer service to be top notch, but it reminds me more of a shady used car dealership. Take your money elsewhere!! More
