My 10k oil change was great. My service rep, Jennifer, was spot on. I mentioned that I had an issue with my windshield wiper motor not spraying water on the windshield. I was advised that the screen needed to be replaced at a cost of $650. Most of the cost was labor. I mentioned that I would wait and possibly get another estimate. When the car was ready I was advised that they did pushed the repair through as a warranty even though I was out of warranty. Jennifer came through big time. I can always trust for excellent service with West Palm Beaches Audi. Great job. More

One of the best Audi service centers in America. I firmly believe that after initially researching where to service my newly purchased although used 2021 B9 S4. It has low miles and was rescued from I firmly believe that after initially researching where to service my newly purchased although used 2021 B9 S4. It has low miles and was rescued from a used lot here in North Miami. After seeing the Carfax, the car had previously been serviced at WPB Audi. I figured with the stellar reviews and the history this car had I would give this service center a shot. Scheduling my appointment was easy via online, I did arrive a little late as I drove up from Dade county. I came in for a service and overall initial inspection of the vehicle. Even being a bit late on a Saturday afternoon, Robert my service advisor was attentive, professional and extremely helpful. Even with being late it wasn't an issue, I detailed my concerns, even maybe too detailed as I was very meticulous in my requests and needs, as I believe the past owner did not care for the car as it should be cared for. Robert detailed all my wants and issues I wanted addressed. Now I did arrive at 230p on Saturday and was given a loaner, a beautiful white 2024 A5 sportback s-line, a real treat and comparably equipped to my S4. I left my dream car in their hands, which turned out to be the best care possible. Over the days I had communicated with Robert, he relayed information from the techs, and it was very convenient for myself as my weekdays are hectic. By the end of it, I had done the 20K service, passed on tires and injector cleaning for now. They even replaced some items of concerned under warranty, and Robert mentioned he had to challenge a bit to get the repair approved but he was able to get it done. I want to thank Robert and the team at WPB Audi for an incredible first experience and feeling so welcomed into their Audi family. This vehicle being my first Audi has been nothing short of amazing, and a top notch service center is what my vehicle deserves. With a state of the art facility, the utmost professionalism and care, all added to shatter my expectations of what the service experience was like at WPB Audi. I will happily commute the 1-hour drive to this service center anytime as it's completely worth it, and gives me piece of mind. Looking forward to the next visit! More
My engine light came on and upon calling my service manager I was told to bring the car in immediately. The diagnosis revealed a faulty leak detection pump. Though the part had to be ordered I was given a rental car until the car was repaired. I got the car back in 4 days but was constantly notified of its progress. I love the Audi West Palm service.
