Tried to rip me off with $8,000 worth of work that didn't need to be done while it was in for a recall. I bought the car there and have had good interaction in the past. But very disappointed that they wou need to be done while it was in for a recall. I bought the car there and have had good interaction in the past. But very disappointed that they would try to sell me service work that the car didn't need. This was relayed to me via text , no one called me to explain what was wrong. (maybe because nothing was wrong). I am still under warranty for about another 6 months, but I won't be bringing my car there again. More

I scheduled an appointment online about a week ago. It was for Monday, Jan 31 at 11am. The appointment was to take care of a recall on my A4. The recall letter said the work could be done starting Janua was for Monday, Jan 31 at 11am. The appointment was to take care of a recall on my A4. The recall letter said the work could be done starting January 29th. When I scheduled the appointment I stated it was for a recall and included Audi’s recall number. I arrived on time yesterday. The customer lounge was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed a cup of coffee. My service advisor was Brisnette and she was friendly and professional. My only complaint is that the part had not yet been received by the dealership, so I got back into my car and left.. These things happen, but if someone had reviewed my appointment at least an hour or two prior to the scheduled time to make sure the work could be performed I could have rescheduled before I drove to the dealership. I do want to reiterate that I was very happy with Brisnette and I don’t blame her at all. More
