Great purchase experience. I made a purchase of a2019 Audi Q3 all online from Florida. Texas has significantly cheaper fees as allowed by the state compared to unlimited fees a I made a purchase of a2019 Audi Q3 all online from Florida. Texas has significantly cheaper fees as allowed by the state compared to unlimited fees allowed by Florida. My salesman, Stephen Reed, was fantastic. He was responsive from the very beginning. He obviously read my initial email and didn't ask me for my number or when I can go in to test drive the car like so many salesmen do. He knew I was out of state. He was very honest, very straightforward and very helpful. I was even able to do the paperwork from my home in Florida. They offered to overnight the paperwork and have me sign it all that way. Once the deal was done I was able to drive out, swap cars, and drive back home. The sales managers were great too in that they worked with me from a distance, overcame a few obstacles because of another dealer, and still did everything they could to make a deal work. Stephen was very personable, and his communication with me wasn't just professional and business-like, but also personable and makes you feel like he does care about his customers even if there's very little interaction. Definitely recommend this dealer. This is probably one of the best purchase experiences I've ever had in 30 years of buying cars. Thank you guys so much! More
