Not the Same On August 27 called and spoke with Robert to make appointment for service on next day, August 28 at 10:00 for oil and filter change. When I arrived on August 28th, Robert went to different employees asking if they had time to handle my account. Asked me to sit and wait while he found someone to help me. He disappeared and after waiting 10 minutes, I began to ask for help again. He finally appeared and asked Reggie if he would help me. He was kind enough to do so. I asked again if this work would be finished within the promised one hour and Robert assured me it would be okay. Well past the hour, Robert told me my car was in the car wash and would be finished soon. Ten minutes later found Reggie and asked if my car was ready. He said I had to pay my bill. I told him I never got the bill. When Reggie produced it, I paid it and left. Later, received a voicemail from Robert apologizing he missed seeing me before I left. I’m sorry to write this type of review, in the past I’ve always had excellent service. More
