I now regret buying my Audi A8L. I paid $80k for a new Audi and 4K miles later, I had a blow out. The tire was completely shredded and obviously defective. When I called Audi, I was treated so terribly on Audi and 4K miles later, I had a blow out. The tire was completely shredded and obviously defective. When I called Audi, I was treated so terribly on the phone. The customer service rep was talking over me. They ordered the tire and I went in for my appointment time. I was told that I would have a loaner and when I arrived there was no loaner. After waiting for two and a half hours, I left. I asked the General Manager about the tire and he said to take it up with Goodyear. It was obvious that he didn’t care which gave me a clue as to why his staff had such poor customer service. We’ve always owned Lexus or Infinity’s in the past and their service is impeccable. This is the last Audi that I will purchase. My advice, is to stay with Lexus or Infinity. More

They really cared deeply about my needs and the fact that I was looking for an 2021 Audi Q7 for my wife and haven't had any luck to find incredible! They really cared deeply about my needs and the fact that I was looking for an 2021 Audi Q7 for my wife and haven't had any luck to find one. Feras and Shane searched the nationwide database to see if they could find one for me, and tried to have one shipped here from El Paso, Texas. When that didn't work and they finally found an even better Q7 for me they called me immediately for the first opportunity on this incredible car. They are truly "WORLD CLASS" service and incredible professionals! I highly recommend them!!!! More
