This is absolutely the worst Audi store in the world! All they do is lie to their customers and commit fraud on the daily. They also rip off the customers by charging for a ceramic coating that they NEVER put on the car. Believe me you are getting scammed from the minute you walk in the door! The GM is an incompetent fool who encourages his staff to lie and defraud the few customers that they actually do get in the door. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! There are dozens of other Audi stores that will give you the proper treatment a True Audi customer deserves. Buyer beware at this store!!! More

I had a highly disappointing experience at this Audi dealership, which has left me questioning the brand entirely. While Frank was excellent and professional, my interaction with the finance department dealership, which has left me questioning the brand entirely. While Frank was excellent and professional, my interaction with the finance department was extremely underwhelming. The finance representative was, at best, unprepared and, at worst, outright rude. Instead of providing clear and transparent information, they aggressively tried to upsell an array of warranties and additional packages that felt unnecessary and over the top. This pushy approach completely undermines the expectation of a seamless, premium experience one should receive from a luxury car brand like Audi. The entire ordeal was frustrating and left a bitter taste in my mouth. To make matters worse, this experience has made me regret switching from BMW. BMW consistently delivered on their promise of luxury and customer service, which I have come to realize Audi severely lacks. Based on this incident, I cannot see myself ever returning to this dealership or considering another Audi vehicle. Luxury should mean more than just the car itself—it should encompass the entire customer experience. Audi has failed me in that regard. More
