Daniel Alvarez helped me during my appointment. The first issue I had was over the phone - he messed up my appointment & rescheduled a new time without consulting me to where I had to call and resc The first issue I had was over the phone - he messed up my appointment & rescheduled a new time without consulting me to where I had to call and reschedule that appointment to what it was initially. Secondly, his demeanor seemed really nonchalant while working with me. Third, he texted me saying my car was ready & didn’t respond to my text when I asked for a ride back to the dealership & had to call him for a ride. Once there, I couldn’t find Daniel for 10 mins until he walked into the lounge and said that my car IS NOT ready and that I’d had to wait an additional 30 minutes after waiting 4 hours for an oil change. I’ve always had a good experience at this dealership, but yesterday was not pleasant. More
Everything was good except the dashboard was scratched when they replaced the cabin filter. I spoke with David. He is going to have that part replace. I am waiting for his call when the part gets in.
