The deal was easy and simple it took less than two hours. They tried to sneak in upsells and were unsuccessful maybe that’s what upset them. Having worked at several dealerships myself, I know the drill, but this experience was on another level. The staff’s attitude can be summed up in a few words: disgust, annoyance, arrogance, and indignation. The finance manager, in particular, was arrogant and dismissive for no reason. They seemed to assume that since the car was a great deal, I should just do whatever they said. After lowballing me, they reluctantly knocked off $300 to fix a dent, but that amount ended up going toward new keys, and I still have to pay for the dent myself. As they say, the house always wins.
