This is absolutely the worst Audi store in the world! All they do is lie to their customers and commit fraud on the daily. They also rip off the customers by charging for a ceramic coating that they NEVER put on the car. Believe me you are getting scammed from the minute you walk in the door! The GM is an incompetent fool who encourages his staff to lie and defraud the few customers that they actually do get in the door. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! There are dozens of other Audi stores that will give you the proper treatment a True Audi customer deserves. Buyer beware at this store!!! More
