I’m very satisfied with your dealership as I was with Audi of Orlando. Antoine is an excellent service representative and gives attention to the concerns of his customers. I’m disappointed that after various tests and checks with the sound I have when I back out of my driveway could not be found. I give the man a thank you for taking it on a test but the sound was silence. I’m disappointed that it still makes the sound for a vehicle like Audi. Somebody at Audi has to figure this disturbing noise and fix it. I appreciate all that you tried and gave this your utmost attention but I get aggravated when my wife and I hear. This SUV wasn’t cheap and only has 15625 miles on it. I’m sure if you owned it, you would not be happy. For what it’s worth, I also purchased the Audi service contract. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. I love my Audi but would love it more without the cracking sound. Again,I appreciate you trying but you have to fix the vehicle. More
