BEST Audi dealership on the entire east coast!!! I was a bit hesitant to trade the 2018 RS3 for a new 2019 TT RS. I was afraid it would be a big financial regret. Now, honestly? I regret not buying i I was a bit hesitant to trade the 2018 RS3 for a new 2019 TT RS. I was afraid it would be a big financial regret. Now, honestly? I regret not buying it sooner! Especially, dealing with a dealership like this, made it a much better transaction than I expected. Now, seeing how great it looks, and after driving the car? I'm in love! Michael Cronk is one truly amazing human being/soul. He doesn't treat you like "just another sale" that you find at every other dealerships. He did all he could to make me happy. He assured me I would have no regrets, and I do not have a single one. He helped me get to a price that was very hard to turn down. Words cannot explain how happy he, Juan and the dealership made this old lady feel. He's truly an asset to Audi Wesley Chapel. Hands down, the best dealership I've dealt with yet, and there were many. Just beyond prestige QUALITY service and experience, and not to forget someone very important, Juan Arroyave, who delivered the car to me in better than expected condition, and also a great soul, and asset to the company. He patiently explained everything to me, and then some! Juan made sure I understood everything, and he wasn't leaving until he felt I knew everything and was happy. How many people do that today, in any industry?! If you are looking for any Audi, and I dealt with SO many, these guys are number 1 by far! No one from FL to NY to Texas could do better than them!
