Great experience. I worked with Bruni in the internet department then with Daniel Hicks on the floor. Dan was very courteous and accommodating. We could only get there at 5:30 when dealership closed at 6 department then with Daniel Hicks on the floor. Dan was very courteous and accommodating. We could only get there at 5:30 when dealership closed at 6pm and they stayed to make sure we test drove the car first and finished our paperwork. We never felt rushed or pressured. Rats!! A rat ate my entire wiring harness of my Audi TT Roadster! Because of the Corona virus, it took much longer to get a new one from Germany. Nate Willard kept me up to date with the process and was very helpful. Once the harness was at the dealership it was placed in very quickly and I have my car back. Everything works great!
