I would highly recommend this dealership. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and each time has been a pleasure. My salesperson, Isa King, was extremely helpful and very prompt in all purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and each time has been a pleasure. My salesperson, Isa King, was extremely helpful and very prompt in all our dealings. The quality of the vehicles that this dealership has is top notch and the service is great. On my last purchase just recently, I was in and out of the dealership with my wife's new vehicle in close to 1 hour! Everyone there was friendly, efficient and extremely professional. From the moment we walked in we were helped along to figure out which vehicle was gonna be a good fit for us , Isa King was very helpful but not pushy we informed her we hated the process of purchasing figure out which vehicle was gonna be a good fit for us , Isa King was very helpful but not pushy we informed her we hated the process of purchasing a vehicle that it was tiresome and too long ! Highly recommend this dealer. After going to several Audi and BMW dealers locally to find my daughter a car, the experience was getting very frustrating. Dealers would not call me back, went back n forth a m and BMW dealers locally to find my daughter a car, the experience was getting very frustrating. Dealers would not call me back, went back n forth a million times on pricing and bs fees. Wesley Chapel Audi responded to my inquiry at 11:30 at night promising that someone wld call by the following morning. They called the next morning and we were able to agree on a fair price by 11am. Car was delivered a week later from port and my daughter loves it. They were honest, reliable, great follow up and so great to work with!!!! Josue, Bruni and Brian were fantastic to work with and their follow through was a 10!!!! More

I am very happy with the Audi that I purchased, not so much with the finance department. I found out after the fact that Audi had a incentive financing that was not offered to me at a lower rate than what much with the finance department. I found out after the fact that Audi had a incentive financing that was not offered to me at a lower rate than what I ended up with. If you go into this or any other dealership make sure you check the incentives that are offered and don't assume they will offer those to you. I have had discussions with them after I found out about this (while looking to purchase another car from them within 10 days of my 1st purchase) I would think they would go back and see that they made an error and correct this (since the Audi finance incentive started 2 days prior to my purchase I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they did not know, even if it was on their own website after looking 10 days later), but I was told, and I quote, "I'm sorry you don't feel that was the best overall deal at the time we consummated the transaction but it was the terms both parties signed off on" My take on this dealership is the sales person was very good to work with, the service department was very good on the problem I had and getting me in. but I would say beware before talking with the finance department. More

Amazing experience at Audi Wesley Chapel! From the salesman Jimmy DeBone to Brian Harrigan the Sales Manager, and the finance manager Neal Dossett, they equally cared about my trade in and lease of my salesman Jimmy DeBone to Brian Harrigan the Sales Manager, and the finance manager Neal Dossett, they equally cared about my trade in and lease of my new S4. They worked for me even on their day off. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. The dealership is first class and feels like a home with all the amenities they provide. My S4 was detailed perfectly and Jimmy took the time to explain and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend Audi Wesley Chapel!! More
