This review is a must. .. I've been fortunate to buy/own many 'premium class' cars, and in between those purchases, I also owned 'mid-class' vehicles (Mazda's primarily). .. I've been fortunate to buy/own many 'premium class' cars, and in between those purchases, I also owned 'mid-class' vehicles (Mazda's primarily). I feel taking that 1-2yr break every once in a while helps keep the appreciation you should have towards the ability to have nice things. This all said, my new Audi was my step BACK INTO the 'premium class' market, and as I expressed to Michael Cronk (GM of Audi WC) directly, this was simply the BEST premium car purchasing experience I have ever had to date.. I was lucky to work with Michael directly during the deal structure process. The entire deal was formulated all through text message and electronic submittals. Michael was fast, straight to point, no games, no 'hidden' numbers, and most importantly kind, honest, and personable from start to finish! Upon arrival for delivery, I was greeted by Jimmy, who clearly had already been briefed by Michael, and he was 110% ready for my delivery. Jimmy too was extremely helpful, kind, honest, and patient. Jimmy also included a number of personal time and attention to my new Audi making the delivery just seamless and fantastic! Completing my delivery process was Neil (F&I). Again....fast, honest, patient, and NO PRESSURE in add-on policies department. Neil was very informative and helpful! My documents were all fully prepared and ready for sign and drive! I grew up in Tampa, and I was always aware of the Dimmitt Family of dealerships. Now living in the Orlando area, and many cars and years later.....I want to say 2 final things; the drive from Orlando was MORE than worth it to visit Michael and his Team at Audi WC. And lastly, I am sorry I have not purchased from the Dimmitt Family of Dealerships sooner. Your next Audi NEEDS to be from Audi WC, and no one else! More

After shopping at several car dealerships and being treated like a commodity with “over sticker prices” and “under valued” trade in prices ( when the price of used cars is at an all time high), I decid treated like a commodity with “over sticker prices” and “under valued” trade in prices ( when the price of used cars is at an all time high), I decided to try the Audi dealership. I’ve never driven or even thought about owning an Audi, but on the suggestion of a friend, I decided to go…. Long story short, I now own my very first Audi and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service, sales team, financial staff, and general manager were personable, respectful, kind, not pushy, and genuine. The price was good , my trade in fair, and I LOVE my new Audi.
