They were the only place in the area that looked like they had a good inventory of the car on the internet. We worked with a sales guy named Glen, he was laid back and easy to work with. He knew a lot about the Q5 which was surprising because most places I go I usually end up knowing more about the cars than the sales guy. My wife test drove the car and after a little bit of back and forth we agreed on a deal. They recommended that we grab lunch while they got all the paperwork and the car ready. Once we came back we met with their finance guy to sign all the papers(can't remember his name though). Glen showed my wife the features on the car after we got done. He spent lots of time with her on the digital cockpit and paired her phone with the car. Their service center offers rental cars and free pickup so we'll see how that goes. overall a good experience and my wife loves the Q5. More
Cochran took over , steer clear of this dealership! Horrible experience with the salesman Jay Barney extremely pushy and rude, disrespectful to say the least. Seemed like we were bothering him when we went to the dealership. I went down to test drive an A3, he never told me it was sold before I arrived... then I got into a shouting match in the dealership with him. I couldn't believe it was that hard to spend $35k on an Audi. I bought an A3 a few hours later at Day Audi in Monroeville.....go to that dealership they are extremely helpful and respectful. More
Awful Service, Destruction Technicians I would give this dealership zero stars but that is not an option. Below is the detail surrounding my miserable experience with this dealer. This d I would give this dealership zero stars but that is not an option. Below is the detail surrounding my miserable experience with this dealer. This dealership had my 2010 Audi Q5 in their shop twice for a CEL showing a misfire in cylinder 2. They had my vehicle for 17 days during the 2nd visit only to call and tell me my vehicle needed a new engine but were unable to tell me what was wrong with it. Quoted me 10k and 16k for a used engine with some form of warranty or 24k for a brand new engine. If you are unable to tell me the problem there is no way I'm agreeing to a new engine. Brought the car home and had it worked on by a mom and pop shop. Found that the dealership had cross threaded the #2 cylinder plug and galled the threads on the cylinder head. The mechanic had to use a helical thread insert to perform the repair. Also found that the crankshaft positioning sensor was bad. A few hours labor (primarily to fix the Audi dealerships abuse) and a 31$ crankshaft positioning sensor from Auto Zone and my car was back on the road. I'll never go back to this dealer. In fact, I'll never own another Volkswagen product since this is the expertise I can expect from their technicians. They even had an inquiry out with Audi technical support on the 2nd visit (or so I'm told) and they were not able to diagnose the issue. Can't figure out the problem, recommend a new engine...Absolutely crazy that they even felt this was acceptable. CUSTOMER BEWARE! Not only do unqualified technicians work in the service department of this dealership but they are also careless with their work. Stripping the threads on an engine head is an absolute NO-NO. Doing so and not telling the customer is pathetic to say the least. I highly recommend you take your Audi somewhere else to be serviced but more so recommend that you stay away from the brand altogether. Corporate technical support wasn't able to diagnose the 31$ issue so I'm hard pressed to believe they could diagnose a more severe problem. More
