Had a very good experience recently when I took my Q5 in for an oil change with free multipoint inspection and complementary car wash. Had an appointment scheduled and dropped car off early in the morning for an inspection and oil change. By the end of the day as I had not heard anything, i had to call to check status of my vehicle. The ser the morning for an inspection and oil change. By the end of the day as I had not heard anything, i had to call to check status of my vehicle. The service advisor had to check and call me back. When he called back, i was told the vehicle had not been serviced and would need to be kept overnight. The next day, I received a video from the mechanic in the morning with an update. More than 3 hours passed and I still had not received a call from the advisor to provide a review. Once again, I called. At that point the advisor started rattling off all the problems they found, having nothing to do with inspection or oil change, and proceeded to tell me prices. When I asked him to back up to clarify the costs, he told me that that if I wanted to go over it all with my husband, he would send me the quote. This man knows nothing about me or my marital status and should not be insinuating that I was not capable of making my own informed decisions. This insulting behavior, coupled with the outrageous quotes I was provided, led me to pick up my vehicle without any additional work. More

Although I recommend this dealership and had nothing but positive interactions in the past, I would tread carefully as recent visits have opened my eyes to some things I do not like.
