I wish there was more transparency when it comes to price. When I was calling to set up the appt I asked for a quote or how much the service would be. The person I called said that it def wouldn’t be more than 200. I get there and they told me it was going to be 250 plus tax for an oil change. After talking to the guy at the front desk he magically said he would give me a 50 dollar coupon, which made it seem like I was going to be overcharged with the initial quote. More

Scheduled for service on my SQ5. Was given a quote and an appointment. Dropped off car on Monday morning. Relieved a call Wednesday afternoon that the quote was for the wrong engine. Quote on Wednesday was for $5400. $10,000 to do both valve cover gaskets. I didn’t have the work performed. My car was washed on the outside, didn’t receive a copy of the courtesy inspection as they say they did. If I’m quoted for a price for a job I feel I should be charged pretty close to that amount. The service writer had my vin when parts were ordered. Seems very incompetent. Unfortunately I will not be returning for service. More
