There are no surprise fees or charges, you feel when you drive off that your car has gotten excellent service in a timely manner. The last thing people ever want to do is take their car to get it serviced, but honestly I always enjoy going there, talking to Mike (he makes time even when he is so busy), working with the other service people also great and easy. They always wash the car and let you know when the next service can be done. To sum up, I TRUST them, I know they will get my car in right away, I know they will diagnose and fix the problem making me feel secure as I drive the car away!!
