I had been searching far and wide for a certified pre-owned 2007 A4 quattro cabriolet and I found exactly what I was looking for at Inskip Audi all the way down in Rhode Island. I contacted Inskip t pre-owned 2007 A4 quattro cabriolet and I found exactly what I was looking for at Inskip Audi all the way down in Rhode Island. I contacted Inskip through their website and received an immediate response that the three cabriolets I'd seen on their website were available. I made an appointment to go see the cars and took a 1/2 day off work to make the drive. I want to see all three and compare them. The dealership itself is an impressive place. They have just about every high-end brand you can think of all connected by a series of roads and rotaries. The place is enormous. I was greeted by David upon entering the dealership and he showed me the cabriolets I was interested in. We then took one out for a test drive which involved some fun twisty roads, highway and rough and smooth surfaces to show off the A4. David knows what someone wants in a test drive. He even endured some top-down driving on a 40F day. I decided on the vehicle I wanted and negotiations were very straightforward. I presented David and his sales manager offers on my trade I'd received from other dealerships and they matched it no problem. The value of what they had price vs. mileage/options was as good as I'd found, better in fact, after quite a bit of research and visiting other Audi dealerships. They even offered to deliver the car all the way up to New Hampshire and take my trade back which they indeed did later in the week. David gave me a call to see if I was enjoying my car. I had some small issues with the ride of the car and gave the service department a call. They offered to pick up my car from Cambridge, MA, drop off a loaner for me to keep for two days and take the car back to Warwick to see what the issue was. I ended up just getting the issue (tires needed balancing) at a local dealership but I was impressed they'd go through all of that to make things perfect. I also needed some documentation to complete my registration. All it took was a few emails and I had what I needed in hand via FedEx Next Day. I am very happy with my new car. I got the royal treatment at the dealership and afterwords. I feel I got a good value although Audis and the like will always be too expensive in my book. But, Hyundai doesn't make an all-wheel drive four seater convertible, DO THEY? I would definitely recommend Inskip to others looking for high-line cars given their inventory, pricing, my experience in the sales process and what they were willing to do after the fact to make it perfect. Plus, if you're a car person, it's just an awesome complex to visit. More
This is a very strong dealer - both from a new and used perspective. They have an excellent service department, and if you purchase your new or used Audi from them and live relatively nearby, they will co perspective. That's awesome service. The people there are really aware that most people buy the same brand of car they last had - just move up a notch. In my case, I was trading up from a Passat to an Audi A6. But is is very likely that 3 years from now I'll be purchasing another Audi - and they really do want me to buy it there. More

I love my new car but if it hadn't been for David I would still be trying to decide on a another BMW or an Audi. He has a talent, and understanding for what he is selling and who he is selling to, and a gen still be trying to decide on a another BMW or an Audi. My husband and I are both pleased with his style, his attention to detail, and the fact that when we call he immediately calls back. We purchased our car the end of December so I have not had service yet but I'm confident that if I have an issue he will resolve it. He did more than find the right car for me at the right price-- he conducted himself with an integrity and forthrightness that is uncommon in the business. Unfriendly representatives who can be rude at times. Unsatisfied with the whole experience. I would never recommend this dealer to any of my friends. Mike Johnston who is the service manager is honorable, friendly, knowledgeable and makes every customer feel Inskip Audi is a wonderful dealership. The workmanship has been on target, done with little waiting time and they take care of every problem and tell you if they see anything else that could be an issue. There are no surprise fees or charges, you feel when you drive off that your car has gotten excellent service in a timely manner. The last thing people ever want to do is take their car to get it serviced, but honestly I always enjoy going there, talking to Mike (he makes time even when he is so busy), working with the other service people also great and easy. They always wash the car and let you know when the next service can be done. To sum up, I TRUST them, I know they will get my car in right away, I know they will diagnose and fix the problem making me feel secure as I drive the car away!! I am a retired teacher and I would give this dealership an A+. More

The Inskip Audi experience was very professional. Ay all times i felt they were dedicated to helping me purchase a new auto. Tom Vincent was particularly helpful and congenial. What struck me first is how passionate he is about Audi cars. As important, he is very knowledgeable about Audi and the competitions autos. During the sales process he built a case for an Audi, not a case against the competitions cars. Very persuasive and professional ! Lastly, Tom was very easy to talk to and very responsive. I would deffinately buy another car from Audi and Tom. More
