Dear Mr. Fuerst, It truly saddens me to have read your review and experience here at Audi Warwick. I can assure you that our reviews speak for themselves, especially the surveys returned by David Sorafine's clients. David's demeanor is usually always accommodating and respectful. We as an organization pride ourself on our customer satisfation and I personally apologize for your poor level of service. I would like to note that unfortunately, we've faced our own challanges providing Audi product to our clients. I know you and your wife had been interested in an Audi Q5 2.0. This vehicle is one of the most difficult SUV's to obtain in the country. We currently have a 3-4 mo waiting list. So as a Salesperson, the negotiation of such a product makes it difficult when looking to obtain a better deal than whats readily available. I certainly believe that this was the case in this transaction. We would love nothing more than to have sold you a Q5, however with one not here to drive, nothing comparable in N.E. to locate and one not arriving for 3-4 months, the whole situation becomes frustrating. I can assure you, if the vehicle was here in stock, you would be driving it now. I ask you to please read David's reviews and know that your response will tarnish his reputation for something that was totally out of his control and nature. Mr. Iacovone Thank you for your reply. As I stated in my review that is how my wife and I felt when we walked into the Audi dealership. I forgot to mention in the review that I was willing to wait the 3 -4 months for the car. But again I don’t think Dave S. was interested to sell us a car. I am sure Dave S is a seasoned sales rep maybe it was not his day that Saturday my wife an I stepped into the dealer ship. Again I appreciate your reply but as I said I have choices and I made mine.
