I bought an S4 Avant, which are very hard to obtain, and have been extremely happy with it. I identified (on the web) a low mile 08 A4. I called Inskip and spoke with Greg. We worked out a reasonable price and traded in my 06 A4 for an 08 A4. Everybody at the dealership really knows there stuff and it was obvious to me they are passionate about the Audi brand. The sales manager took the time to answer a few questions for me. I have known Ralph for years. He has always shot me straight & listened to what I am looking for, never trying to "sell" me anything. Having been in the business for many years he has a broad knowledge of the car industry & is my go-to-guy any time I am in the market for a new vehicle. If anyone I know is looking for a car, I tell them to speak to Ralph before doing anything. If he can't help you or thinks there is a better deal somewhere else, he will tell you. Being in sales myself I know that in order to be successful in business you have to take care of your customers & always do the right thing. I know Ralph is going to do the right thing by me & trust him implicitly. He is a true professional & with the inventory he has to work with at Inskip, it is unlikely he will not be able to put you in a quality vehicle at a great price! More

I emailed Inskip Monday afternoon. Greg got back to me within an hour and we set up an appointment for yesterday. He was so friendly and HONEST (which has always been my problem with previous dealers) th within an hour and we set up an appointment for yesterday. He was so friendly and HONEST (which has always been my problem with previous dealers) that I drove home my new A4 today and couldn't be happier. I have already recommended him to my friends. It was quick, fair, and painless. Erin in finance was also great to deal with. They gave me a very fair trade in price which I wasn't expecting. I have had other dealerships play a lot of games with the trade in price and that effecting the price of the new car. I do think I could've paid less if I had tried harder. More
We received excellent service at Inskip Audi (specifically from Tom Vincent) when we were in the market for an Audi Q5. I called Tom on a Thursday and by Saturday afternoon, we were driving our new car! We shopped around and found Tom to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I would definitely buy another car from Inskip Audi and would love to work with Tom Vincent again. The finance person at Inksip Audi was also excellent (her name escapes me). What can sometimes take hours to sign all paperwork, etc., was done efficiently and she was friendly, kind and also very professional. More
I bought my third vehicle (all new) from Inskip at the end of November. Previously I had bought an Audi A4 (1996), then an Infiniti G35X (2004) and this time an Audi A6. This time was certainly the simplest of the three. I had previously driven a car both there and at another dealer, and was familiar with the price (list and invoice) of the model, although not the exact spec of the car I ended up buying. There was no back and forth with the sales manager. My salesperson, David Sorafine, presented my price, which was accepted and that was that. David influenced the price I would offer a little, but I was happy with the deal. No hard pressure tactics and the most pleasant experience I have had buying a car anywhere, including other cars for my wife at other dealerships. Thank you David. More
I like shopping for a new car as much as I like going to the dentist, so when I entered the showroom at Inskip Audi, I was a bit apprehensive. Along comes this gentle giant David Sorafine (stands 6'8 or so the dentist, so when I entered the showroom at Inskip Audi, I was a bit apprehensive. Along comes this gentle giant David Sorafine (stands 6'8 or so) who quickly alleviated me of my anxiety. I explained to Dave that I was looking to trade out of my A8L into an S5. Dave went over the pros and cons of downsizing, and suggested that we take the S5 for a test drive. Dave made sure we tested the car on a number of road conditions, especially rough roads, so I could experience the difference from my A8. I quickly decided that I had to have the S5, and Dave worked with me to build the one with my specifications. Dave is an extremely nice, no pressure sales representative. His easy going and professional nature made him a pleasure to work with. Dave gets it. He understands that happy clients beget more happy clients, and that service is a differentiator. Dave ordered my car, kept me informed of its delivery status and even personally picked it up at the port! I can't describe how happy I was with car and the Inskip experience. Dave sets the bar for those in his field. If only he sold Lexus (my wife’s car of choice). More
