"WORKMANSHIP". Last time when I had an oil change, they did not put enough oil and I had to com back. This time I paid $ 69.95 for tire rotation. According to the invoice, they rotated and balance tire, but do you think they checked the tire PRESSURE-NO!!!!!!!!!!!! Phenomenal customer service from a "TRUE PRO", Bill Hunter We were in the market for a new car. Bill was very welcoming and supportive right out of the gate. We considered many options and other manufacturers and models. Bill knew this and was extremely patient and understanding with us as we asked many, many questions. So many other dealers applied pressure tactics and were impersonal. Not Bill, he was all about what worked for us. I think I went though a couple of Audi models and multiple test drives before finally landing on a decision.
