Fortunately, Audi Warrington had an S6 that was even better, and one phone call with Anthony was all it took to make us feel completely at ease. Committing to buy a car online is rarely simple or straightforward but Anthony made it as smooth as possible and we had full trust in him. He was honest, very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure we had every detail on the car. We flew out to Pennsylvania and the entire team at Warrington rolled out the red carpet for us and truly made us feel at home. The S6 was exactly as described, the pricing was fair, there were no hidden or last-minute surprises, and we left feeling very pleased with the entire experience. But we found our dream car, an AudiSQ5, online and at this dealership near our home. Thought we'd take a look. Anthony DiPompei greeted us as we entered and brought the vehicle around to show us. It has been awhile since I car shopped and has car technology ever changed! Anthony was completely familiar with the vehicle and at ease showing us all its features. He has a very warm, friendly, open, and honest personality that makes it very easy to interact with him. He answered all our dozens of questions and went over things numerous times as requested to make sure we were getting the information we wanted. He gave us plenty of time to explore the vehicle in the lot before we each got to take it out on the road for a test drive, letting us each drive on the road types that we preferred for our test. Totally recommend Anthony as your salesman of choice, knowledgeable, professional, smart, kind, friendly. We knew pretty soon that we wanted the car, and of course there was the usual bit of go-around about price, but it was not painful. It was pretty fairly priced, and they offered us a really generous amount on our trade-in (we knew what it was worth). We got to meet some of the people in service, who all also seemed quite nice. Nice to know if we ever do have to take the car in for service, there are friendly people waiting and an incredibly comfortable lounge/waiting area with the most amazing coffee machine. We liked that we were getting a certified pre-owned vehicle with 12 months and unlimited mileage added to the existing manufacturer's warranty. They do try to sell you hard on extending the warranty but we did not feel it was worth the price, did get Audi Care and Tire&Wheel which we felt was very much worth it. More

When I came back in requesting a less expensive less equipped car, the sales team went back in their cave and discounted the car further to bring it into my budget. They ultimately discounted the car by over 18% off of MSRP. And they posed no ultimatum or pressure so I actually came back the next day to complete the transaction. I had an excellent experience.
