It took 14 days for my vehicle to be released. I spoke with the General Manager, who was very responsive and admitted to being brought on board to help develop better communication, particularly on behalf of the service team. I felt heard and understood improvements to be forthcoming.

Someone responded back to me about this review from dealer yesterday , ask me to call back to discuss this matter. I called of course nobody picked it up, I left a voicemail and I don’t see any one call back yet ? Should I call again this time? I don’t know!
