While this particular truck was perfect, it was a little out of her price range and we went to another dealer where she found an older, lower priced truck. However, this particular truck stuck with me and I eventually went back to take a second look at it for myself. I called Mike and he had it ready and waiting for me when I showed up. My trade was only a few months old, but I knew I wanted this particular truck. Mike stayed working with his Manager all day trying to figure out a way to make the deal work. In the end we couldn't get the deal to go through and I ended leaving without the truck. Even after I left, Mike continued to work on figuring out a way to get the deal to work. The next day Mike was still hard at work, with is GM, Managers and team to figure out a way to get this deal to go through. Suffice it to say he did it. After putting in what I'm sure must have been hours of over time he got the deal to go through and I got my new truck. I can't tell you how hard this guy worked, you just have to come see it for yourself. This guy, Mike Lupia, will make it happen. He'll make the deal go through no matter what. Ask for him by name.
