HAVING MY FRIST AUDI SERVICED for the first time My experience from the time I walked in the door I was very impressed. It was a multi cultural staff that was on duty was welcoming and friendly. As a older African American Man I was noticed and taken care of with respect and decency as well as made to feel like a valued customer.
