From sales perspective, it was a smooth transaction and were able to get through process in no time. Though, thereafter, you can try calling them to discuss about your concern or any refund and they are si were able to get through process in no time. So moral of the story is, I would not recommend this place to anyone who do care about post sale services. More

Went car shopping with my father in law for his Q3, and saw an S5 in the exterior and interior colors I have been looking for but have been unable to find. Had no intention of buying a newer model as mine saw an S5 in the exterior and interior colors I have been looking for but have been unable to find. Had no intention of buying a newer model as mine was an 21, but figured it might be another long wait to get this right color combo (Cronos Gray/Red). Lou Stomel is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the deal. Was able to get a fair amount on my trade and the incentives available made this a no brainer deal. No need for financing as the car was purchased out right. This is now my third Audi, and have always had a great experience. More
