Great service experience I came in for a recall repair. From the time I arrived in the morning to when I picked up the vehicle in the last afternoon, the experience was except I came in for a recall repair. From the time I arrived in the morning to when I picked up the vehicle in the last afternoon, the experience was exceptional. Greeting, cafelatte, loaner car arrangement, paperwork, update on status, and finally delivery. I cannot think of a thing that was not done right. Stacey was the one who helped me with the service. She was in every way outstanding. I asked her for quotes on other service items beyond this particular trip. She was patient, meticulous and very efficient in communication. I also want to thank the lady who made the cafelatte for me while I was waiting, ... very warm service and great coffee!! More

I was a little worried as the Audi dealer was under the same umbrella of ownership however the experience was completely different. This is my third Audi, love the car and LOVE this dealership. Top notch QUICK service with no upselling of things you don't need. AAA+! More
Poor Customer Service, Rude employees I recently put a security deposit on a used Audi and was told that if their internal review of the car found any issue that I could walk away at have I recently put a security deposit on a used Audi and was told that if their internal review of the car found any issue that I could walk away at have my money refunded. After the dealer reviewed the car they said they had found some issues but wanted me to ink the deal with them in order for them to complete the review and make some repairs. I had not yet driven the car and was told I could not until the review was completed. I informed them that I would not buy a car that I had not driven and at which point I expected I asked the sales person to refund my money. I expected this dealer to perform the refund and that it would be done within a reasonable amount of time. After four weeks had passed I finally called and they told me to come in with the receipt. When I showed up and handed them the receipt I was walked over to the Finance Managers office to process the refund. He was very rude, would not make eye contact and was annoyed that I was even there to collect my refund (which they should have processed without me needing to remind them). I truly think this dealer has no concept of customer satisfaction. The games they attempted to play with me in getting me to the ink the deal and the rude Finance Manager left a very bad taste impression of this dealership and all Chapman dealerships. The following weekend I drove to Phoenix and purchased a new 2018 Audi A6 in order to avoid giving this dealership any of my money. I will never recommend this dealership for any reason. Very sad as I expected a luxury car dealership to expect their employees to have better manners. More
