Great customer service I will try to make this short! My partner and I where vacationing in Toms River. We ran into a problem charging our cell phones using the auxiliary o I will try to make this short! My partner and I where vacationing in Toms River. We ran into a problem charging our cell phones using the auxiliary outlet. I figured it was a short or blown fuse. I called the dealer at 730am, explained my situation and asked if they could look at my car for me. The sqeezed me in for a 930 appointment (which was great because it didn’t interfere with my day). I met with Robert D’Andrea to check in my car, told him what was going on and he said we will get it right in and check it over. In about 20 minuets later he came back to us and said it was in fact a fuse and they replaced it and everything checked out. He said it is going to be washed and vacuumed for me and should be ready in about 15 minuets or so. He came and got us and said I was ready to go. All I needed was my signature on the paperwork. When I looked it was a zero balance. I said I don’t owe anything? Robert said no, it was an easy fix and was there pleasure to help me out. Now mind you, they do not know me, I did not buy my car from them, they never service my car in the past, and reality is I probably will never return considering I am from out of state. But they treated me like I was a regular customer. Truly this dealership and Mr. Robert D’Andrea know what good old fashion customer service really is. The people of Toms River and surrounding community, have an excellent Audi dealership. And the dealership has one excellent employee, Robert D’Andrea. I just want to say thank you. More
