I had a prior bad experience with a car purchase before this so I was a bit uncomfortable going through it again however the sales associates at Porsche in Toms River really did right by me. I would like to single out both Shane and Angelo for going above and beyond in making sure my car buying experience went as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and if you go there ask for Shane, he really takes pride in knowing his craft and you can tell he’s not just your average salesmen. He’s extremely knowledgeable and will give you all the information you need to make your decision. Angelo is the GM and really takes care of his customers and makes sure they are satisfied. This will definitely not be the last car I purchase from them. More

The staff is extraordinarily professional and cordial. The attention to detail and responsible care for the vehicle is above and beyond what I have experienced. Over the past 49 years I have owned 23 cars. I always move on to another brand. I may break that tradition due to the expertise of the staff and dealership. My thanks to John Lazzaro. Despite being in the dealership 1-2 times a year for routine service John treats you as if you were a regular weekly customer. My thanks to him for making auto service an event to look forward to. He takes a necessity, and makes it enjoyable and welcoming. More

I’ve owned my A4 since 2012 and I’ve travelled to 5 different states and needed to visit a dealership for routine maintenance and more (military force I’ve owned my A4 since 2012 and I’ve travelled to 5 different states and needed to visit a dealership for routine maintenance and more (military forces me to travel a lot). Most dealerships are reluctant to give you a loaner unless you’ve bought from them, most dealerships don’t offer a military discount and most dealerships try to upcharge you on services provided. John, my service rep, was very honest and explained what was wrong with my car (electrical issue) and even though he had a family emergency, communicated to me on a regular basis to ensure I was in the loop and knew what was going on. This is the best experience I have had in 6 years and I’m really happy these guys are so close to where I live now! More

And I have no compliants with Shane, our sales rep. He was professional and courteous!! We ordered our Q5 around 8/1/18 but didn’t receive until 8/27. We were told it would take a week to arrive. We were given approximately $2140 for our trade in, it was in working condition. However, on 8/27 the starter in our truck decided to crap out. So the trade in value was decreased to $1140. Have to say I was disappointed with that decision, bad business as far as I’m concerned. Didn’t think it was going to take 3 weeks to get my car, and timing is everything. On the day of the initial sale 8/1, the truck was running with no issues. Just think the amount taken off was a little excessive. Probably will not return to this dealership in the future. More
