He was so friendly, informative and most of all is easy going and worked with us to arrange a lease to our liking. Marc is the utmost professional and we've leased three Audi's prior to this. Marc Levine's explanation of the dashboard details enhanced our knowledge of Audi vehicles. He made sure I adjusted the seat, steering wheel, side view mirrors and we reviewed the backup camera feature . Once I was perfectly safe and comfortable, I enjoyed the best test drive as we advanced from drive to sport mode and then manual driving. My husband and I were so impressed with the service from Marc and Audi that we returned to drive the A3, SUV , and finally purchased the A4. Couldn't be happier- thank you Marc and all at Audi TR. Decepitive and they are very petty I requested a quote from Audi on a Q7. I took quotations from both Cherry Hill and Toms River. I chose Cherry Hill. Was told I could not get the car b I requested a quote from Audi on a Q7. I took quotations from both Cherry Hill and Toms River. I chose Cherry Hill. Was told I could not get the car because Toms River had it held. When I asked them why they say they are holding it because they felt I made a commitment after telling them I was rejected their quote? Cherry Hill says they can now not sell it to me since it is the only one in the area like it, and TR is blocking the sale! Notified Audi, who I doubt cares. But this dealer is underhanded and I would never buy from them. More
