Best dealership ever! I wanted a Porsche SUV because I am a Porsche owner, but I did not want to go back to prior dealer. He went out of his way to accommodate me, and gave me a wonderful deal on my Macan. The entire staff at Ray Catena was lovely as well. I cannot imagine ever using any other dealership! More

Service never stops I bought my first car since 2004 at Audi of Toms River. The dealership did not pressure me, but provided a considerable amount of guidance that for m I bought my first car since 2004 at Audi of Toms River. For example, when we were getting close to negotiating on the deal, but I still wanted to sleep on it, my Brand Ambassador, Marc casually mentioned that I need to bring my current car title in with me for a trade in to take place. In the past few days, Marc's service has continued. When I could not find something in the car, Marc emailed me instructions with 30 mintues of my initial email to him. I have not actually had any work performed on the car, and therefore I am unable to rate the quality of work. Friendliness and Customer service are with out a doubt five star. From my first tentative visit, every person with whom I came in contact learned my name. I was not a number or an opportunity, I was a person. I'm sure they quickly determined that I am the first person in my extended family to ever purchase a luxury car. I was treated with respect and dignity throughout the process. As for price, I am not the best negotiator, so cavat emptor. However, I believe we came to a reasonable price. More
