The service department has been a joy to work with especially Jason Hunziker, the best auto service consultant I've ever dealt with. For my new Q5 I dealt with Stratton Zervos who went over and above to insure I got my desired vehicle. It was a very pleasant customer experience in an industry that is typically cast as just he opposite. Good service and a great deal it's the perfect combination. More

Both times the buying experience was exceptional...the sales people encountered both times listened to what my needs were and supplied that automobile. Never has there been any high pressure sales tactics or any other form of pressure. They know their products are proud of them and it truly shows in their sales skills and desire to give the customer what they need and expect. Service review I had a 10:30 appointment with Jason Hunziker to have my car serviced. I showed up at 10:28, but Jason told me he was not ready for me and I'd have to I had a 10:30 appointment with Jason Hunziker to have my car serviced. I showed up at 10:28, but Jason told me he was not ready for me and I'd have to wait a few minutes. Tardiness is one of my pet-peeves, I have no tolerance for it. What is the point of making an appointment if you are going to tend to your client at your convenience? Then as I am waiting for Jason a co-worker sits down and starts a conversation with Jason as I stand there waiting for him. Jason finally starts to take care of me, without ever introducing himself. The only reason I knew I was dealing with Jason was because I noticed his name plate on his desk. Jason never asked me to have a sit, so I stood the entire time I spent with him. I found Jason very impersonal, and perhaps not the best fit to be dealing with the general public. Other then my experience with Jason everything else went well, my car was ready when promised other than one minor repair which could not be completed due to the dealership not having a software program on premise. I'll have to return to have this repair done at a later date. More
