Provided a loner and because of airbag car needed to be kept a second day. Living 85 miles away it is inconvenient to run back to dealership. As such they provided a driver to return our car and pick up loner. Will only use this dealership for service. More
Worst Car Dealership, Bar None, I Have Ever Dealt With Staggeringly bad experience, completely below the standard of the other Audi dealership (Audi Columbia in Columbia, SC) with whom I have dealt. Poorl Staggeringly bad experience, completely below the standard of the other Audi dealership (Audi Columbia in Columbia, SC) with whom I have dealt. Poorly managed with procedures that appear to deliberately shirk their responsibilities as a member of the Audi brand. Whereas my previous Audi dealership was the one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with, Audi Tampa (Reeves) is simply the worst car dealership, bar none, I have ever dealt with. The only positive thing I can say (and the only thing that justifies the one star) is that the rank and file employees are friendly and polite. If you are considering an Audi or need Audi service I strongly advise you to take your business to another Audi dealer, one who takes their responsibilities to the good name of the Audi brand seriously. Went to Reeves for rather routine service and warrantee work on my 2017 Audi. I did not purchase my auto from Reeves but this is WARRANTEE and PREPAID SERVICE work. Regarding the warrantee work issue (rattle from passenger’s side door speaker), they could not verify the fault and therefore refused to work a remedy. I can understand wanting to verify the issue but after not being able to verify the fault and thus leaving the customer unsatisfied they conducted no follow up what so ever to see if the problem had reoccurred (something my previous dealership routinely did). They only actioned the issue when I brought the car back to them for the 20,000 mile service and finally got them to verify the issue. Then the part to fix the issue is not in stock so they must order it and they will call me when it comes in. Three weeks pass with no communication. Finally I call them attempting to find out the situation. I called at 5:00 pm on a Friday and was informed the parts department was closed. Only after I demanded to speak to the Service Manager was I informed that they had received the part and that they would schedule my repair. I asked for the next Monday and was told they would get me in at 11:00. I live and work across Tampa (on the military base) so I informed them that it was difficult and disruptive for me to leave work drive across town in the middle of the day, could I please drop it off in the morning. They stated “if I did that I would be walk in” and would be seen as they could get to me. I had to call back the next day and speak to Jeff (the Porsche Service Manager – evidently if you buy a Porsche you get treated differently) to get any satisfaction and just drop my car off in the morning. Then the icing on the cake when I drop my car off and get a loaner vehicle (remember this is warrantee work) do they give me another Audi as a loaner vehicle (once again standard procedure at my previous Audi dealership), no they give me Chevy Impala rental car with a dirty interior. If I wanted to drive a Chevy Impala for even one second I would have bought one instead of the Audi. At least the speakers function properly in the Chevy. I know many of these things sound small but in total they add up to significant frustration, frustration that should not be connected to a $60,000 automobile. It is also frustration in some portion directly attributable to the policies, procedures, and management of the Reeves Company. More

Ryan Loura, our sales rep, was helpful and straightforward and fair on pricing, trade, they whole works. None of the usual dealer crap or games. Chris in finance was helpful and straightforward too when reviewing options. Robert, who assists with the walkthrough of the vehicle technology, was practical and great at assisting with settings before we drove off the lot. This is the fourth car that we have purchased from the Reeves family of dealerships and there is a reason we keep returning. More

I returned because a few years back they impressed me with attention to my needs that I did not get from other dealers. The service department has been a joy to work with especially Jason Hunziker, the best auto service consultant I've ever dealt with. For my new Q5 I dealt with Stratton Zervos who went over and above to insure I got my desired vehicle. It was a very pleasant customer experience in an industry that is typically cast as just he opposite. Good service and a great deal it's the perfect combination. More
