The Reeve's dealership has always been top notch in every way, but the service experience there has reall Just took our Q7 in for 10000 mile service. The Reeve's dealership has always been top notch in every way, but the service experience there has really been enhanced since remodeled thier building. I was able to schedule service easily for the next day and was greeted by the service advisor, Jesse when I pulled up under the canopy. He quickly got all the info needed and directed me to a waiting area on the mezzanine overlooking the showroom below. In the waiting area are comfortable chairs, a great coffee machine, a computer for customer use, and a cooler filled with complimentary sodas and water. You can't find a more comfortable environment in which to await your car. Jesse had told me that the service and car wash would take approximately 2 hours. I was very surprised when Jesse came to get me one hour and twenty minutes later. The first time I can ever remember service being done earlier than the estimated time! I highly recommend Audi Tampa and Jesse Gillespie for your service needs! More
