Not only fixing initial problem, but having already checked out the records for the car, she discussed a missed recall and recommended some other warranty work that should be performed. We communicated mostly by text, sometimes after normal service hours and she was always very quick to respond to me. It seemed cluttered and not organized. I would suggest you visit Crowne Audi in Clearwater and/or Audi Sarasota.
