Three weeks after the sale and the finance manager still has not been able to produce a title for us to permanently register our daughter’s vehicle, nor has he refunded our overpayment. Her 30 day temporary has not been able to produce a title for us to permanently register our daughter’s vehicle, nor has he refunded our overpayment. Her 30 day temporary tag expires in a week. It is very clear that he dislikes his job and dealing with customers as he does not do either of those things well. Do yourself a favor and avoid him and perhaps the dealership as well. More
I have received an unprofessional and unreliable service multiple times. I do not recommend this dealership. Very Bad Customer Service + Personal Items Stolen I recently had my Q3 battery replaced at Audi Tampa and had a less than satisfactory experience. I will say that all of the women who I spoke with I recently had my Q3 battery replaced at Audi Tampa and had a less than satisfactory experience. I will say that all of the women who I spoke with over the phone were very friendly and helpful. My issue however is with Jason, one of the service advisors. He refused to return any of my calls or answer any of my questions. His only method of communication was through canned automated texts through the company's texting system. I texted back asking for an eta to which he sent me another pre-written generic text back saying he would let me know when my car was being worked on, which he never did. I just was all around not happy with his direct refusal to communicate with me. I am used to the service team at Crown Audi in Clearwater, which always provides exceptional customer service. I had taken my vehicle to Reeve's because it was much closer for me, but considering my battery replacement took 7+ hours anyway, I will definitely go to Crown next time. As soon as I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed that my expensive sunglasses were missing from the inside of my driver's side door. I mentioned this to Jason immediately and he jumped to the defense saying it definitely was not them... which I'm sorry, but how on earth can he make that claim. So, unfortunately either someone in their service department or the towing company (contracted by Audi) swiped my sunglasses. At the end of the day it's just a pair of sunglasses, I have the money to buy more and it's not like Ray-ban will stop making sunglasses but still, it's more the principle of the situation. I've never had any personal items stolen before when I've had my vehicle serviced at Crown. On a positive note, when I had my BMW I did have it serviced with Reeve's BMW just across the street and had a great experience with their team over there. So really my complaint is with Jason at Audi Tampa and whoever in the service department stole my sunglasses (unless it was the towing company which is possible.) - Hannah Thomas More

My last dealing with Jessie G. I had an appointment and arranged for a ride back to work. First, he was rude on the phone and far from accommodating. Then he was rude and ignored me. I finally had to take a cab back to work. This is not the premium service I was led to expect. I love the car, the buying experience was great, Steve has stepped up to the plate for service. However, the actions of Jessie G spoil the dealership for me. A simple sorry for you bad experience from the managers would have bee nice. Find another service shop or at least stay away from JESSIE G. More
